RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Mission! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.)

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fill out our return/exchange form found on this page.
  • Include your invoice with the item(s) being returned.
  • Send via USPS Priority mail, UPS, or FedEx to:

  • Refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving return only to the original card or PayPal account in which it was purchased.

RETURN DETAILS

  • Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there’s any loss or damage, please contact us immediately.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original card or Paypal account in which your order was purchased.
  • To qualify for a refund, all products must be in their original, unaltered packaging, including boxes and labels.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return/exchange shipping costs to be paid by purchaser.
  • Mission will refuse items returned in unsalable condition OR reduce refund amount by 50%.
  • Returned clothing must be clean and unwashed.
